Services

RJM Fencing provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Katy, Cypress, Bridgeland, and surrounding areas in the greater Houston, TX region. All services are subject to a written agreement between RJM Fencing and the client, including scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by RJM Fencing are free and non-obligatory. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract prior to the start of any work. RJM Fencing reserves the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the initial estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. For larger projects, structured payment schedules tied to project milestones may be arranged. All payments are due according to the terms specified in your contract.

Warranty and Guarantee

RJM Fencing stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms and coverage details are provided in your project contract. Our craftsmanship guarantee covers structural integrity issues including post shifting, rail separation, and picket warping beyond acceptable tolerances.

Limitation of Liability

RJM Fencing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. RJM Fencing is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or improper maintenance by the property owner after project completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fencing.day website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of RJM Fencing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
